This striking necklace was created from one piece of brown glass and one piece of green glass that I found on a Texas hiking trail and tumbled (rolled in a rubber container on motorized base) in my studio. The tumbling action removes sharp edges and creates a frosted appearance similar to sea glass. I wired these pieces together with sterling silver wire creating a pleasing arrangement and beautiful wire design. The brown and green colors remind me of hiking on peaceful trails in Colorado, Arkansas, and Texas.
I strung this on a 22 inch stainless steel ball chain that can be cut to fit.
